I guess I'll be altering reality illegaly until I can get my own artistic license. Where can I apply? I hope I don't have to go through a bunch of beaurcratic rigamarole.
Stop worrying about whether what you're doing is artistic or not, whether you're being creative enough or not. Whether what you're doing in your art journal is good enough. Whether it's wrong to change something in landscape or photo. Whether it's okay or not to use unrealistic colors. And stop worrying what people might say.
Get yourself an artistic license and the next time someone says "What is it meant to be?", you can say "It's not meant to be anything, it's art, and there's my license to be artistic hanging on the wall."

Don't want for someone or something to give you permission to be artistic. Get your license here and then go be creative! Print your artistic license certificate today!
