The Pipers, Summer Solstice 2014
Binaural recording with a mic beside each stone of The Pipers, Cornwall, 10:39 on Summer Solstice 2014 . The Pipers are situated about 120 metres west-south-west of the central Hurlers stone circle. According to folklore they represent musicians playing for three circles of dancers who were turned to stone for engaging in festivities on a holy day.
